Leader Of The Pack
Dog Walking Services Inc.

Professional walking service for dogs on the go!

Services

Professional walking and exercise service for dogs on the go! "A tired dog is a good dog". Daily physical and mental exercise is crucial to the well-being and happiness of any dog, big or small, active or couch sloth. Solid nutrition and regular veterinary care are key components of a dog's life. Daily activity, either solitary or in a "pack" can have a massive effect on the frequency and expense of veterinary visits. All of our pets deserve a long and happy life, free of pain, suffering, and boredom.

Leader Of The pack offers walking services for all dogs of any activity level. Sessions can be scheduled daily, weekly, or simply on a random "as required" basis. If your best friend would prefer a game of fetch in the yard, we are able to take care of that.

We also provide "bathroom" relief services. Some days your best Pal is guarding the family home whilst members are absent. Even the best of sentries has to go! Sheduled visits of your preferred duration can be accomodated.

Does the term "dogged determination" ring a bell? Some dogs can become somewhat destructive due to boredom or urgency. Leader Of The Pack is a solution for both.

Dogs are creatures of habit and many follow a set routine. Leader Of The Pack can become an integral part of your loyal companion's routine.

About Us

My name is Gary Broom, I own and operate Leader Of Thde Pack Dog Walking Services Inc. with help of my canine business partner Sadie Belle.

I have been around dogs most of my life and really can't imagine life without such a faithful sidekick. My current dog is Sadie Belle, she is 3 years old and was adopted from Alberta Herding Dog Rescue in Didsbury, Alberta. She is a short-haired Border collie and is a ball of energy. We walk twice a day, every day. She is a very smart and active dog but becomes very calm and relaxed in the evening. She sleeps through the night and is never destructive when left alone to watch the house. I attribute her demeanor to exercise, training, and attention.

I am experienced in training in a variety of disciplines. Not only have i trained my own dogs and those of friends and family, I have also spent many years as a safety training instructor, including First Aid and Technical Rescue. I have also been employed as a guide/director at an elite wilderness camp and have an abundance of knowledge and gear needed to handle many outdoor situations and conditions. I love being outdoors and I love hanging out with dogs. If your dog can handle the weather, so can we.

Mission

Trust can be an issue with our canine friends as well as for ourselves.Patience is often required in order to become an accepted member of the pack. Persistence and consistency are generally needed to become a part of a dog's life. Our goal is not only to exercise and provide attention to your dog, but also to gain the trust of your loyal companion and family. We are insured and have undergone a Police Service security check. I believe that a "meet & greet" can be beneficial to establishing rapport with dogs and their owners. Dogs walking in multi-dog scenarios need to be able to get along in a "pack" environment. Some dogs can be very particular as to which other dogs they like to be around. We strive for compatibility to ensre that all client animals have a safe and enjoyable experience.
